For Insinger Gilissen, we developed video content around a topic that is both personal and sensitive: carefully passing on wealth to future generations and to causes that matter. For many clients, that conversation starts earlier than expected. To support this, Insinger Gilissen created a guide that provides direction, clarifies key decisions, and helps initiate conversations with loved ones.
The challenge was how video could enhance the value and use of this guide without feeling promotional, but rather as an extension of the trust you expect from a private bank. In the content, we deliberately brought substance and form together. Calm, refined videos where expertise is evident, yet always remains human. Not only to raise awareness of the guide and encourage downloads, but above all to build trust in the specialized services behind it.
By placing experience, customization, and personal guidance at the center, the content helped make visible what is often difficult to capture: why clients choose to entrust their wealth and legacy planning to this institution.
