about

Personal development is a topic that’s often talked about, but rarely truly felt. That’s why for Doorbrekers, we chose a format centered around real stories. Human interest content that resonates.

In this 6-part series, Erik Wegewijs, former special forces operator, speaks with people who feel stuck and helps them break through. Not superficial interviews, but honest conversations about choices, doubt, and defining moments. By giving space to the conversation, there is no rigid script just a story that unfolds naturally. The result is content that feels raw, relatable, and relevant.

In the edit, we make sharp choices. Long conversations are distilled into compact episodes that capture only the essence. No noise, just what truly sticks. From each episode, we develop short-form content for social media, allowing the stories to live on and reach new audiences.

The series was developed in collaboration with DPG Media and is published via BusinessWise, De Ondernemer, and Intermediair. In this way, content and distribution come together in one format. Our role focused on developing the format and full production. The result is a series that not only inspires, but also sets something in motion.

Making personal development tangible through honest and layered conversations.
