CooperVision NCC 2026: from event to content machine
A conference is full of valuable insights, but without a plan, that content often disappears as quickly as it’s created. For CooperVision, we approached NCC 2026 not as an event, but as the starting point for months of content.
Participating in a conference like this requires time, budget, and energy. That’s why we defined in advance which stories we wanted to capture and how they would be translated into concrete output and channels. This resulted in a clear content strategy built around four pillars.
We produced video-first podcasts and in-depth interviews with experts and stakeholders. From these recordings, we created long-form content, teasers, and social snippets, optimized for platforms such as LinkedIn.
During the event itself, we created “in-the-moment” content. Fast-paced clips that drive visibility and engagement while the conference is still ongoing. In addition, we produced a strong after movie and supporting recordings not as an end goal, but as part of the bigger story. We operated almost entirely autonomously. Everything was prepared in advance, allowing the CooperVision team to focus on the event itself. We ensured the right content was captured.
This way, a single event doesn’t become a one-off moment, but a content machine that continues to deliver value for months.
