about

An event only becomes truly valuable when it reaches more people than fit in the room. For the Amsterdam Science & Innovation Awards at NEMO, we have been developing and producing the hybrid event format for three consecutive years. With a live audience in the venue and a fully-fledged online experience for viewers who cannot attend in person.

Not a registration, but a true TV production. With multicam direction, sharp visuals, and a program designed to work both for the audience in the room and for viewers at home. Finalists often have their own supporters who can’t all fit in the venue. By making the event accessible live, the reach immediately expands.

Within the livestream, we introduced a “green room,” where a reporter captures the tension behind the scenes as participants prepare to go on stage. Even during an NS strike, audiences who couldn’t travel were still able to take part live through the stream.

After the event, we extend the story with aftermovie content and interviews with winners and stakeholders. In this way, the event continues beyond the moment itself.

Our role focused on full production and direction. The result is a scalable event that delivers greater reach, engagement, and content year after year.

From event to reach with TV-quality production.
