Homelessness is a complex issue. But solutions often start locally. For the Dutch Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport (VWS), we produced a series of videos in which successful initiatives take center stage. Not theory, but practice. From cities to smaller municipalities.

By giving the floor to the initiators themselves, an honest and practical story emerges. What works, why it works, and how it can be applied elsewhere. The videos form the core of the Everyone Under One Roof platform and are used to share knowledge and inspire professionals.

Our role focused on translating policy into stories that stick. Video as a means to create momentum around a social issue.
